Cheng-Hsiang’s practice focuses on business and corporate transactions and business immigration matters. Prior to joining Anderson & Associates Law, P.C. in early 2023, he worked for a multinational manufacturer headquartered in Taipei as an in-house counsel, where he advised the company on various agreements and legal issues related to ODM, procurement and supply chain. Prior to that, he worked in an international law firm’s Hong Kong office, mainly focused on Hong Kong and the U.S. IPOs , bond offerings and M&A transactions.
