USCIS Increased Premium Processing Fees

On December 27, 2023, the USCIS announced an increase of filing fees for Form I-907 (request for premium processing). The adjustment increases certain categories of premium processing fees from $1,500 to $1,685, $1,750 to $1,965, and $2,500 to $2,805.


The fee increase will go into effect on February 26, 2024.
