Anderson & Associates Law was recently notified by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) copies of Form I-485 Supplement A and Form I-356 downloaded between September 18, 2026 to September 21, 2026 were not updated to the newest edition by USCIS. Our firm is continuing to monitor any such cases that use these forms to ensure correct versions for filing.
USCIS planned to update all Public Change Ground of Inadmissibility Final Rule forms on September 18, 2026. AILA confirmed that Form I-485 Supplement A and Form I-356 were not updated.
