Anderson and Associates Law, P.C. (“A&A”, the “Firm”, or “we”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information, including when you visit our websites (the “Site”), request or receive professional services, participate in our educational or marketing events, request information from us, or when you otherwise provide information to A&A (collectively, the “Services”).


This Privacy Policy applies when you visit the Site, or otherwise share information with us as discussed below. By visiting our website, you are accepting this Privacy Policy. We will also provide hard copies of our Privacy Policy upon request. We do not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.


We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Policy as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new policies.



Collection and Use of Personal Information


We collect information when you visit the Site, create an account, edit your account information, or voluntarily submit comments or messages on the Site. Such information may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses. We also collect credit card information when you make payment online. We use this information to provide visitors with services.  We employ third party vendors to facilitate the delivery of the services of the Site. We do not sell, rent, or give personally identifiable information to any other party not in a vendorship role, or under the employ of the Site.

We collect and receives information from and about you when you seek or are provided with legal services from us. We only collect personal information necessary for us to perform the legal services. 


When you sign up to receive email updates, we will request personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number.  We use the personal information you provide to communicate with you about it. We also store your user account preferences and settings. You can choose to stop receiving marketing information or emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the materials you receive or by contacting us at [].


We may also collect information from you when you provide it to us through job applications or when you submit online forms for registrations for events or educational opportunities via the Services.
