Overview

Ms. Anderson is the founder and managing principal of Anderson and Associates Law, P.C., with admittance to practice law in New York State, Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York, US Tax Court, several federal district courts and circuit courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has extensive experience representing clients varying from corporations to individuals, many from a diverse range of industries such as the media, e-commerce and technology sectors. Ms. Anderson founded the firm with the mission to deliver zealous and individualized legal services to all.  

Ms. Anderson’s practice includes all areas of commercial litigation, immigration, corporate, and real estate.  During her years of practice, Ms. Anderson has successfully secured temporary and permanent visas for foreign graduates, scholars, scientists, multinational executives, investors, entertainers, religious workers and many other individual clients based on employment petitions, self sponsored-petitions and family petitions. In addition, Ms. Anderson frequently handles commercial and business matters for closely-held companies of all sizes, including development and construction contracts, business formations, financing, sales and purchases, and commercial leases. She has provided zealous counsel to corporations, employers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in a wide variety of commercial civil matters.
