Legal Representation Throughout The Immigration Law Process:

  1. Consult with Representatives – Ensure that you are eligible to immigrate and determine which kind of visa you are eligible for.

  2. Sign the Retainer Agreement and Pay the Retainer Fee – We will prepare the retainer agreement and once it is signed and the fee is settled, we will promptly begin our work.

  3. Collect documents –We will provide you with a questionnaire and guide you through the documents required for your application.

  4. File Your Application – We will complete the application forms, review them, scan for signature, request for filing fees, assemble all necessary documents, and submit them.

  5. Interview – If necessary, we will prepare a mock interview for you.

  6. Biometrics Process – Depending on the type of visa you are applying for, you may be required to undergo a biometrics process, which involves providing fingerprints and having photographs taken for the database.

  7. RFE – If the government requests additional evidence, we can assist you in responding appropriately. 

  8. Verdict – Finally, you will receive notification of whether your application has been approved or denied.
