Our lawyers at Anderson & Associates have had a busy 2025 thus far. First, please check out our latest success stories at https://www.aalawpc.com/our-experience. Here is an update on our latest initiatives:
Anderson & Associates:
Anderson & Associates held an online webinar on February 25 regarding how employers and beneficiaries can prepare for the H-1B application process for FY 2026. Additionally, we were pleased to welcome Sherman Lin of our partner firm, Lin & Partners, to our New York City office to celebrate our continued collaboration. Finally, Anderson & Associates graduated its class of Spring Externs from Brooklyn Law School; we thank these students for their work and dedication.
Yen-Yi Anderson:
Yen-Yi Anderson has continued to lead and participate in a variety of meaningful events:
On February 12, she was a panelist at the Columbia University Pre-Law Society’s “Learning the Law” event, where she shared her journey in the law sphere and met with many aspiring lawyers. Anderson also moderated a conversation with Lauren Willig, New York Times Best-Selling author, on March 11 for the New York County Lawyers Association. They discussed Willig’s new book, The Girl from Greenwich Street, a story based on one of New York’s earliest legal battles. Finally, Anderson traveled to Washington D.C. for the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) National Day of Action: her fourth year partaking in this lobbying initiative. Her lobbying team spoke to four congressional offices, advocating for critical immigration legislation.
As we move further into 2025, Anderson & Associates remains committed to a client-first approach to legal excellence. We’re proud of the strides we’ve made so far this year and look forward to continuing our work on behalf of our clients and community.
