Overview

Johnny Nguyen is an associate at Anderson and Associates Law, P.C. He focuses his practice on business and corporate transactions, along with civil and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Anderson and Associates P.C., Johnny was an Assistant General Counsel at Veritas Capital, a private equity firm based in New York. There, he helped advise the firm’s deal teams on the legal obligations and ramifications of various structured transactions. Johnny earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021 and earned his B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Johnny also worked as a law clerk for Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass and served with Justice Joel M. Cohen in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, handling commercial litigation cases.

In his spare time, Johnny enjoys playing tennis and golf.
