Overview
Ms. Kham is an admitted attorney in Myanmar, and she began her career as an associate at one of Germany's leading law firms in Myanmar, specializing in corporate law and compliance. She has experience in cross-border transactions, intellectual property law, and real estate.

Before joining Anderson and Associates Law, P.C., Ms. Kham worked at the New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County and with several local law firms. She graduated from Fordham University School of Law with an LL.M degree and earned her LL.B, LL.M, and Master of Research in Law degrees in Yangon, Myanmar.

At Anderson and Associates Law, P.C., Ms. Kham supports the firm’s civil litigation, corporate and contract law, humanitarian and business immigration law, intellectual property law, and pro bono cases.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and watching movies.

Devansh Parekh

Overview
Devansh (Dev) Parekh is a law clerk at Anderson and Associates, offering a global perspective and the expertise of dual law degrees while contributing to a diverse range of legal matters. Dev earned his LL.B. from Asia's oldest law school, Government Law College Mumbai, India, and his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

His professional background includes experience with tier-1 and boutique law firms in India, where he honed his skills in commercial transactions, dispute resolution and international arbitration. During his 1L summer, Dev gained experience working at the Office of the Public Advocate in New York City. Dev also holds a CFA Level I certification, deepening his understanding of financial and corporate structures—a valuable asset in advising clients on complex legal issues.

In his free time, Dev enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
