Overview

Ming-Sheng (Sam) Hou is an associate and the pro bono coordinator at Anderson and Associates Law, P.C. He focuses his practice on immigration and general civil matters.

Sam was admitted to the Taiwan Bar in 2013. He started to practice law in 2014 in Taiwan. Sam graduated from Cornell Law School in 2021 and joined Anderson & Associates, LLP in March 2022.
 
In his previous practice in Taiwan, Sam represented government and public/private companies and led litigation on corporate control issues and contract disputes. He advised clients on dispute resolution, corporate governance, risk control, and contract revision. Sam was also retained by the Taiwan Stock Exchange to research Taiwanese Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and suggested the Taiwanese government adopt a fund structure instead of the current structure.

Outside of Law, Sam is a big sports fan of basketball, baseball, soccer, and CrossFit.
